I'm asking for prayer for my little sister, who's 15.

I headed back to school the first week of January, and that day, she, along with a mutual friend, were gonna drive me out to the airport, which was about three hours away. My sister never made it, as my mom basically went crazy at that time.

My mom has been being more and more unstable, and seemingly meaner to my sister, as time has gone on. At one point, she threw my sister out of the house, and has taken some of her possessions, and moved them to her lover's house, so that my sister does not have access to them. The last two weeks, my mom has been outright mean and cruel to my sister, to the point that she has been in tears, pleading with my mom simply to be able to come home. She's there now, but my mom denied that request for, I wanna say a week or two. Its been pretty awful over there.

My sister stayed at my dad's house for that period, which is a house that is a bit too dirty, even for me, a guy with a messy dorm room! My dad simply watches tv when he's at home, basically ignoring my sister. When they go out to dinner (as my dad doesn't cook), he just sits there as she talks, giving no interaction whatsoever, or even an indication that he's listening. My sister went from one parent outright rejecting her, to another who seems to ignore her at times. The last couple of weeks, she has been quite emotional from all this.

My sister is saved, but she's about as weak as I was when I was 15, and my parents don't really train her in this respect at all. I tell her to pray and to know God answers, even if it doesn't seem like it. It's hard to help her when she's back home and back home is not exactly a short drive away.

I just ask for prayer for her for healing, and that she gets through all this, and that her faith increases. At the same time, protection from all this that's going on, as well as an increase in the amount of saved friends she has. If the Lord tells you to pray for something in regards to all this, please do pray that as well.
