Dear brothers and sisters,
I am asking for your prayers, if you feel led to do
so.
I am not going to tell you the source of my pain, it
is not important. All I can say is that there is a lot
of suffering in my life (always has been, always), and
I feel I'm losing control (again) and can't stay calm.
Suffering people speak hasty words, and I too have a
question for Christ:
Why did You say, "fear not"?
Because I am very affraid of the pain now. Like a
prisoner in a cell, waiting for the guard, fearing the
next torture session, - I am affraid. I know the guard
will come, he always does. I know You are with me
while I'm being struck, but that doesn't take away the
pain.
And there has been so much pain that my body is in a
constant state of fear, like a reflex. I am affraid of
Your pain.
So what do You mean "fear not"?
Please forgive me, but your servant is tired.
