Hi all, I've sent this link of a prophet, named Stephen Hansen to a couple of people through PM. I believe he is a true prophet. You guys can see for yourself. He speaks of similar things as Ray does. If you feel he isn't truly one, then let the boards know, so we won't be deceieved.

Not to contradict you godsword, but I do know that angelfire is one heck of a place. I haven't personally seem any other 'angelfire prophets'. But I'm sure they can't ALL be bad. Theres probably at least one good egg in the mix, and he might just be one of them. He is prophesying that we are in the end times and they were about to get thrown into enormous events, he even has some details, similar to what I've read from other prophets.

Its not bad to be cautious. We should always be cautious, lest we be decieved.

While Stephen Hanson does give a testimony, he does Not say just what it is that He believes. He only speaks of jumping from church to church, passing through a couple of cults on the way, and then about how he got into prophesy, and how he went to school to learn how to give prophecy. So outside of quoting scriptures, there is nothing to say what his personal belief is, other in that he believes himself to be a Prophet of the Lord God.

I did go and find his testimony. As I read through his testimony my Spirit was grieved at several things he said in his testimony. As I read, there were several times when alarm bells went off in my Spirit.

So be it.

My friend, I do Not tell you to stop following him. I do not tell you to not believe him. for that is all between you and God.

What I will tell you is that I will not read his prophecies, for I do not believe that he is a Prophet of the Most High Lord God Jesus Christ

And as for angelfire.com, I am not about to walk through a den of snakes to find the one nugget of truth which may, or may not, be there.

So if you choose to go there, and if you find later that you have been snake bitten, then also remember that you were warned of the danger, and were warned of the strong possibility of being snake bitten when you walk through there.

So go on and believe what ever it is that you wish to believe. After all, who am I to rain on your parade. If you Truly believe that this man is a True Prophet of the Lord God, then go with him.

You asked for the opinions of others, and I tell you what I know to be true. From here on I am out of it.

But I would suggest that you go back before the Lord God Jesus Christ, and speak to Him about it. For that is where the Truth is.

Speaking of prophets,

A long, long time ago I was watching a TV show a documentary about prophet’s down through history they talked about all of the old ones. Then they started showing the modern day ones then the current prophets. One of them was a middle aged man with light brown hair I can’t remember his name or anything, I wish I could. He said we were in the end times. He said the end of the world was coming, things were already in motion. He was like a prophet, but also he would get visions about disasters that were about to happen kind of like a psychic. He told about many plane crashes and things that he saw before they happened.

Then he talked about things that were going to happen that would mean the end was near. I remember he said something about an accident like Chernobyl, he talked about a plane crash or something like a really big accident. I remember he kind of clumped both of those things together. He said that thousands of people would die. He said that a plane crash that would kill thousands and also there was a huge explosion involved. I remember thinking thousands of people in a crash?

He said that we were going to have a war with Mexico.

He said that the event that would signal the beginning of the end would be that someone was going to die, someone very famous and much loved a sort of icon all over the world and that that someone was also thought of as a great humanitarian. He said this person would suddenly die and everyone would be totally shocked by it

These are the only things I can remember that he said. I think I still remember them because they sort of haunted me for a long time. At the time the one that really bothered me was the war with Mexico, could you imagine how terrible that would be. Just the thought is horrifying.

Lately I have been thinking about what he said again, and I’m realizing that the explosion/plane crash was 911 and the famous person that was going to die and shock the world was Princess Diana. Now with all the border security issues and President Bush not really doing anything much about it... At the time I thought a war with Mexico was a ridiculous idea, but now I’m not so sure.

I saw this man on TV years before any of the things he said would happen, happened. Well all except the war with Mexico.

He must have been somewhat well known or he wouldn’t have been apart of that documentary. It was on the discovery channel or the history channel one of those.

There was some things going through my mind as i was trying to sleep , and well i thought i would share them while i still feel the protection of God.

I wanted to comment on what jack said , about that Feeling he had. I know exactly what your talking about there jack. Sometimes you can hear no fault in what someone is saying , yet inside it just doesnt feel Good , theres something that stirs up your spirit , and doesnt feel right.

I was in a chat room once and i felt it , i was listeing to the person talking , or well i should say preaching. I didnt hear a lie , but it felt so demonic. There was something about it that felt demonic. I heard him preaching , and in the back ground i could hear his wife , and she was just a shouting too. And when i began to speak up and so forth , well just then he stoped talking ( as if he was hearing something from the Lord ) then he said , oh i see , ok Lord. ( suposeing he heard from the Lord about me , that the Lord was against me for some reason) I knew it was a devil who told him of me , for that was right after the Lord had reconsiled me to Himself , and cleansed me and began to open my ears to His Voice. ( just a few weeks ago)

What he was speaking , well its as if it came upon me , and like a blanket , it covered me. I Imediatly left , and went into another room , and began to tell them of that room i was in , and how it felt so demonic , even though i didnt hear anything contrary to Truth.

Well they said yes that room is full of false teachers and prophets ( for it was labeled a prophetic room ) and they prayed for me. However as i continued to talk with them , i began to be very contentious , i was wanting to debate everything , i was wanting to speak against anything anyone was saying. I looked at myself then , and became ashamed. So i left and went to pray.

God had forgiven me , and told me to eat of His Body and Drink of His Blood. ( for i confessed my sins , and how i let this demonic stuff control me that way ) After eating and drinking , i felt God healing me , even setting me free of that demonic , ( annointing i want to say) .

He then began to show me that such is of the church of man.

Now how many of you have heard a man speak a false gospel , and preach and preach and preach , as if he knows what hes talking about , misleading people , how many have known and heard this? You know that feeling that you get? That torment in your mind for hearing such lies. In so much that you have to leave , not argue or debate , but leave because you just cant stand to hear it anymore.

Well thats the feeling i got when listening to this man. And It was as if God was showing me that thats how He feels when He hears the Church of Man. He cant stand it! Even though i didnt hear the man speak a lie , yet Still God cant stand it! If its not His Way , then its our way , and its our way that He abhores.

So i know about that feeling that jack is feeling. You would be wise to consider it fully and stay a way. Because sometimes all we have is that feeling , and we cant see the lie. Sometimes there may not even be a lie , yet if the Spirit does not testify , then stay away.

Now acording to what you said mark , Indeed you are right , that we dont need another prophetic site. Most True. However it is Good to seek out our Brothers and Sisters , even as God commands. Its not so much the knowelege that we need from these other prophets , nay , its the Fellowship. We Are ONE. One Body , One Mind , One Spirit . We are Family.

to say we dont need to seek out these other prophets , is to say we dont need to seek our brothers and sisters. Its against Gods ways.

In a dream i believe it was last night or so. I heard the Voice of the Lord, yeah His not so happy voice. Among other things He said , this is what stood out to me.

"....and why arent you working together ? "

this came right after i had finished reading the book of acts. I noticed that in the book of acts , the Children of God had the same mind. There was no denomination. There Was only One Faith , One Spirit , One Body , and all things were common , all things belonged to the other. And when they worked , they worked together. Paul took to the Gentiles while other apostes ministered to the Jews. Some stayed , some evangelized , some ministered to the apostles , others conversed the words of the apostles , and there were prophets as well , But if you Notice , they all Worked together.

Having seen this , i ask , is there anything i can do ?

when i seen myself working for God , I always seen myself going at it alone. God doesnt want us to go alone. He wants us to Work together.

Father Lead us Together , and Teach us how to Work. Make us of One Mind , One Faith , and One work. Yes and Give us Gifts to edify one another. In Jesus name i Pray , let Your Will Be done.

that's the Holy Spirit working and guiding us! It will show us who is a true prophet of the Lord, like you said sometimes everything he says seems to be true to be right, BUT there will be that one little thing at some point in time that goes against the word of the Lord and will make them a false prophet, no matter how many things they preached from the bible that are true, if he goes against the word of the Lord at any time he is false and leading others astray. For as we are all still men and we all are capable of sinning, the Holy Spirit is not. So when it's guiding us to believe or get that feeling, and we've tested the spirit and it is truly the one and only Holy Spirit, then it can not be wrong. The gift of prophecy is taught in the bible as being a gift from God. Therefore I feel that anyone who has to go to a school to learn to prophecy, can't be a true prophet of the Lord, because how can a man teach one to prophecy? Only the Lord our God, with Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit can teach or rather to give one the gift of prophecy for him. Also there are going to be Many Many MANY people out there in the world today who are going to be claiming to have end time prophecies from God, but in the Bible it warns us of this, that there will be many false ones out there. When you read through the old testament and look at all the prophets, there really aren't that many compared to the number of people who are in the world, there are only a few chosen ones, that receive prophecy. The world today is no different than the Bible, the world has grown technologically since then, but the people and characters and sin has stayed the same. So the only thing I can say is that if you're going to be looking for prophets to fully allow the Holy Spirit to guide you and work through you to find one, because if you don't you're leaving yourself up to vulnerability, in not so many words but as Rev. Barr had said about the snake, you're putting yourself out there to get bit. Yours in Christ, Stephanie.

Acts 16:16-18 "And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much gain by soothsaying. The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the Most High God, who show unto us the way of salvation. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee, in the name of Jesus Christ, to come out of her. And he came out the same hour."

Brothers and Sisters, trust what the Holy Spirit tells you.

Matt. 10:19-20
[19] But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
[20] For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

This is how we know right from wrong that feeling that you got st_joel; and when someone's teaching or saying something wrong against the Lord's word, this is how we come back, for it's not us speaking as a human, it's the Holy Spirit speaking through us.

Sorry it takes a while for me to go back through the bible and find the specific verses. I can tell you of the stories and what they mean inside and out, but I can't remember the specific verses, it takes me a while to find them. I've started keeping track of specific verses the Holy Spirit tells me to write down. But I know the reason why I know the stories and what they mean is because while I read I ask the Holy Spirit to interpret for me, and when I reply to a post, I ask it to speak for me. I will say no more, for I have said it above. for you are totally free to believe whatever it is that you choose to believe. You are free to follow anyone you want to follow. But when that snake bites you, do remember that you had been warned.

When My Lord God Jesus Christ warns me through the Holy Spirit that the man is a False Prophet, then I will listen to My Lord God, and not to what any man says.

Always remember that the MOST DANGEROUS LIE is the one that is almost true.

I will pray that you will open your heart, and spirit, to listen to what the Holy Spirit of God is saying, instead of listening to what a man is saying, and that includes me.

For your consideration: In Acts Chapter 16 verse 17 a girl was following Paul and WAS SPEAKING THE TRUTH!!! So then why was Paul in Verse 18 Grieved in His Spirit??

We see in verse 16 and the rest of verse 18 why Paul was Grieved in his Spirit, and why Paul cast out that demon who was at that moment speaking the truth. While one thing it said was true, it would not continue to speak the truth, and if he took no action, then the people listening would then believe every lie it spoke after Paul had gone.

You read some of the truths which that man spoke. So you have chose to believe on the basis of those few words that everything that he says just has to be from God. But remember that the servant girl in Acts was speaking the truth at that moment, but it most definitely was NOT from God.

I could go on and on, but why bother, you have read all the warning that have been given above in this thread, and you have chosen to believe that every one that spoke against this man just had to be wrong, that none of those who spoke against him could possibly be telling the truth, because you liked what he said on a couple of things. So Be it. that is your Belief and you are welcome to it.

Go on and follow him if you wish, you can absolutely go where he is going, for he is going to take a lot of people with him. You have Free Will. You have the right to ignore All warnings.

I will aslo warn you

now you will have two wittneses , enough to take the warning seriously.

After i had heard above , that jack had visited and was grevied ,i had it in my heart to stay away , not even to check it out and see. I didnt want to go near it.

But in a dream i had i saw myself going there and posting the Truth of what i know , and to lead them to rays prophecies. So i typed in angel fire , but i dont know anything about websites , and i dont understand what angel fire is.

Anyhow i came back here and went to the link posted above. As soon as his site opened , i felt a force come against me. It was a real present force. I decieded to read a little. I started to read , and well "God" was saying , stuff actualy that i know to be true. Stuff very real and present to my situation. I clicked out of the site emedietly.

I dont want the Truth in me polluted by false men of God. I dont want to remember what they say. I dont want it in me.

This experience seems to be a gift to me. For sometimes when i hear people speak , i can sence a torment in my ears , Even though im hearing the Truth being spoken. Its a cloud of Torment that covers my mind , and takes the soundness out of it. This is something im just learning listen to.

Take mine and Jacks warning !!! Dont be Foolish!!!! At the Very Least , ( for i know that you dont know either one of us , but not to long ago i was in your place) At the Very Least , just seek the Lord about us , and what we have said. For we speak the Truth . Now if we speak the Truth , and are speaking against someone who is speaking the Truth.

What does that tell you? save one of us is lieing? one of us is false.

This should be clear in your eyes.

Squelichie , i beg you not to take this situation lightly , we have already seen one cutt off from the Lord for following after a false prophet , and not takeing heed to the Warning. Dont let it happen to you. Seek the Lord on this Diligently , your life hangs in the ballance.

For either you will follow God , or a false prophet. Only One will lead you to heaven.

Either he is false , or we are false. You cant believe both of us.

im so tired of people being cut off from the Lord. I dont want to see it happen to you.

You MUST understand the seriousness of this situation. There are two paths laid before you , i hope you choose the Right path. I know it will be by the Grace of God if you do. Therefore Seek Him on the Matter , dont lean on your own understanding. Dont seek the Counsel of men , but God.

Because of our ingorance , we are suffered to go astray. To be led away for a ways. But as soon as the Warning Comes , there must be a choice made. Once your Choice is made , thats the End of It. therefore Choose Wisely , seeking the Counsel of the Most High , who will lead noone astray , and testify of His Own.

The Warning Has come , its no more safe for you to believe both. Its us or him. Either we are decieved , or he is the deciever.

God will testify of us , its why i said seek Him. God has testified to us of the one you said is true. and shown us that he is indeed false. For His Spirit does not testify of the one talked about here.

Lord Please dont cut of another , but lead him in all Truth , testify of the Truth Lord Jesus. At the very least Lord , put it in his heart the seriousness of this warning. As you saved me from the false prophets so save squilchie , in Jesus name i pray , let your Will be done.
