"OUR AREAS OF INFLUENCE"

10I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your
concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no
opportunity to show it. 11I am not saying this because I am in need,
for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12I know
what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have
learned the secret of being content in any and every situation,
whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
Philippians 4:10-12
"Beware of the words of those who "claim to be prophets," for many
would desire to move to that position. But I ask you, 'Do you desire
to be trained in the wilderness?' Do you want to be scoffed at? Do
you desire to lose your life for Me in order that you might gain it?
Do you desire to be labeled as one who is a fanatic or crazy? I tell
you, be content in the position that I have called you to. For each
of you has a job to do. Each part of the building is important. You
are in the place that I have assigned you to."
(The spirit of the Lord showed me a scene of a bird that was flying
very rapidly upwards. It was flying at a 90 degree angle and kept
flying and flying upwards. Finally it came to a ceiling and had to
stop. Then I saw the same bird begin to fly downwards. It was going
further and further down into the ocean depths. At this point I then
saw hundreds of bubbles, or facet-shaped things that were enclosed.
Each of these shapes had inside of them scenes of various people doing
things. I realized in my spirit that the meaning behind this was that
each of us has an area, a bubble if you will, of influence and sphere
that we have been assigned to. We are enclosed within that area and we
need not go beyond it. )
