12It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things. 1 Peter 1:12


There are many questions that people have concerning the time frame in which we are living. One of those questions that remains on the top concerns the intensification of judgment being poured out upon this nation and the world. I tell you that you have seen the economy topple and be in a state of upheaval, but these are just the beginning strokes. For man's greed has surely brought these things about. But in time the entire state of government will fall prey to these things. For the pillars will sway. The very steps of the White House will crumble. But these things will not occur until a brief time of peace and security. For with the changing of the guard and a new administration the old policies of exorbitant spending, waste, and red tape will be alleviated. The economy will begin to swing the pendulum back the other way. Other wars will come to the forefront. The present skirmish in Iraq will go to the back burner, but there are other forces at work around the globe. Beware of the alliance between China and Russia. For if a league is formed, and in secret they meet, then surely, this will usher in the end of things. For this alliance will bring an invasion upon the coasts of the people of the United States. And then at the height of all of these things the man doomed for perdition will make himself known. For he will make himself known as a man of peace, but peace will not be in his heart. World dominion and control is what he wants.


But you my people, are not to be taken unawares of these things. For you have my spirit. For you will be able to discern this person's qualities. In the mean time, I am equipping more and more of you to stand. I am strengthening you more and more on the inner man. I am giving you a discernment that is sharper than any two-edged sword. I am causing you to triumph over the enemy. Yes, you are facing more and more severe trials, but these trials are preparing you. For without them you would be weak and feeble. For when the storms come and they will; then you will be rooted as old oak trees. Learn to lay your lives down for those in need. Use your gifts to help each other, and not for selfish purposes. Then I will bathe you with my spirit. Then you will run like horses that have come out of the stable.


Wash yourself in my spirit. Do not let unforgiveness stay in your hearts. Reach out to those who do not know me. Be united with your brothers and sisters, even if you do not agree with them totally. Let your speech always be seasoned with salt. Be fervent in prayer. The days are hastening forward to those hours that I have indicated in my word. Have your lamps trimmed and ready for that day. "

heeded him because he had astonished them with his sorceries for a long
time. But when they believed Philip as he preached the things
concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, both men
and women were baptized. Then Simon himself also believed; and
when he was baptized he continued with Philip, and was amazed, seeing
the miracles and signs which were done. Now when the apostles who
were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God,
they sent Peter and John to them, who, when they had come down,
prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit. For as yet He
had fallen upon none of them. They had only been baptized in the name
of the Lord Jesus. Then they laid hands on them, and they received
the Holy Spirit. And when Simon saw that through the laying on of the
apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money,
saying, “Give me this power also, that anyone on whom I lay hands may
receive the Holy Spirit.” But Peter said to him, “Your money perish
with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchased
with money! You have neither part nor portion in this matter, for your
heart is not right in the sight of God.
Repent therefore of this your wickedness, and pray God if perhaps the
thought of your heart may be forgiven you.
For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound
by iniquity.”

Very interesting and something to take heed to. Spiritual forces seem to be mobilizing all over the world and a great sign is that we can know these things instantly as they occur. My own thought about Russia and China double-teaming the USA is that all three powers are controlled by the same international elite aka "the new world order" or the "Illuminati" and it will probably be orchestrated by them in order to gain full control over the US citizenry by a declaration of martial law. They know that America is tough territory for them because of long standing freedom, independence and the right to be armed. This, of course goes against their plans to dominate and subject the whole world. I am taking this prophecy very seriously and the Lord's admonition to pray that we may be able to stand in that day, so I won't be counted among those who have "fallen away". China and Russia (April 22, 1996)

A Vision Received by Brother Dumitru Duduman April 22, 1996
I prayed, then went to bed. I was still awake, when suddenly I heard a trumpet sound.
A voice cried out to me, "Stand!" In my vision, I was in America.
I walked out of my home, and began to look for the one who had spoken to me.
As I looked, I saw three men dressed alike. Two of the men carried weapons. One of the armed men
came to me. "I woke you to show you what is to come." He said. "Come with me."
I didn't know where I was being taken, but when we reached a certain place he said, "stop here!"
A pair of binoculars was handed to me, and I was told to look through them.
"Stand there, don't move, and look," he continued. "You will see what they are saying,
and what they are preparing for America."
As I was looking, I saw a great light. A dark cloud appeared over it. I saw the president of Russia,
a short, chubby man, who said he was the president of China, and two others. The last two also said
where they were from, but I did not understand. However, I gathered they were part of Russian
controlled territory.
The men stepped out of the cloud.
The Russian president began to speak to the Chinese one.
"I will give you the land with all the people, but you must free Taiwan of the Americans.
Do not fear, we will attack them from behind."
A voice said to me, "Watch where the Russians penetrate America."
I saw these words being written: Alaska; Minnesota; Florida.
Then, the man spoke again, "When America goes to war with China, the Russians will strike
without warning."
The other two presidents spoke, "We, too, will fight for you."
Each had a place already planned as a point of attack.
All of them shook hands and hugged. Then they all signed a contract. One of them said,
"We're sure that Korea and Cuba will be on our side, too. Without a doubt, together,
we can destroy America."
The president of Russia began to speak insistently,
"Why let ourselves be led by the Americans? Why not rule the world ourselves?
They have to be kicked out of Europe, too! Then I could do as I please with Europe!"
The man standing beside me asked, "This is what you saw: they act as friends, and say
they respect the treaties made together. But everything I've shown you is how
it will REALLY happen. You must tell them what is being planned against American.
Then, when it comes to pass, the people will remember the words
the Lord has spoken."
Who are you?" I asked.
"I am the protector of America. America's sin has reached God. He will allow this destruction,
for He can no longer stand such wickedness. God however, still has people that worship
Him with a clean heart as they do His work. He has prepared a heavenly army to save these people."
As I looked, a great army, well armed and dressed in white, appeared before me.
"Do you see that?" the man asked. "This army will go to battle to save My chosen ones. Then, the
difference between the Godly and the ungodly will be evident."

Why should I bring an offering to a prophet?
2 Kings 8:8-9
8 And the king said unto Hazael, Take a present in thine hand, and go, meet the man of God, and inquire of the LORD by him, saying, Shall I recover of this disease?
9 So Hazael went to meet him, and took a present with him, even of every good thing of Damascus, forty camels' burden, and came and stood before him, and said, Thy son Ben-hadad king of Syria hath sent me to thee, saying, Shall I recover of this disease? KJV
Whenever you approach a prophet, bring a gift with you. The power of your seed increases when you are willing to release it into the hands of a prophet. Throughout the Scripture, you will find that wise individuals never approached the man or woman of God empty-handed. They understood that the gift of their offering would multiply in the hands of a prophet, and they were more than eager to release their seed. In 2 Kings 8:8-9, the king of the land advised Hazael to take a present and inquire of the prophet. Even kings knew the value of placing their gift in the hands of a prophet!
Prophets were never found begging for bread. The prophet was sustained through the giving of the people to whom he ministered. This same principle is exercised in the world. When medical advice is needed, large offerings are willingly released in exchange for their scientific wisdom. When computers need to be analyzed, large offerings are given to the analyst and programmer. When mental problems demand a solution, offerings are willingly and expeditiously given to the psychiatrist. Somehow, in today’s society, the ministry of the prophet has been devalued and taken for granted. Somehow we expect to find seasoned individuals that can answer our spiritual questions, and deny our obligation to impart substance into their lives. Honor is being restored unto those that carry the Word of the Lord, for the prophets of this day are going to prophesy with the precision and skill of a surgeon. Their prophecies shall be treasured and deemed valuable, for those who receive the Word of the Lord at their hands shall understand and know that the prophet has truly spoken life into their situation.

I always believed that the ministry of God should be free. Why should I give an offering?
Matt 10:7-13
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.
11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, inquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.
12 And when ye come into an house, salute it.
13 And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you. KJV
Too many people have confused “free” with the term “freely given.” “Freely given” means that there is to be liberty in the ministry of God towards His people, but it does not mean that the prophet is not to be compensated for his ministry. Jesus established the pattern of compensation when He commanded His disciples to travel without their own money. Their needs were to be provided by the people to whom they ministered. The people understood their responsibility toward the men of God. These days, many people have forgotten just who and what the prophet is, so we think nothing of huddling the prophet off into a corner alone with the express intention to milk his gift. Many people will ask an abundance of questions about their situation, yet won’t compensate that prophet or prophetess with a single dime.

2 Kings 5

Now was there one Naaman captain of the host of the King of Aram, a
great man, and honorable in the sight of his lord, because that by him the
Lord had delivered the Aramites. He also was a mighty man and valiant,
but a leper.
And the Aramites had gone out by bands, and had taken a little maid of
the land of Israel, and she served Naaman’s wife.
And she said unto her mistress, Would God my lord were with the Prophet
that is in Samaria, he would soon deliver him of his leprosy.
And he went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus saith the maid
that is of the land of Israel.
And the King of Aram said, Go thy way thither, and I will send a letter
unto the King of Israel. And he departed, and took with him ten talents of
silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of raiments,
And brought the letter to the King of Israel to this effect, Now when this
letter is come unto thee, understand, that I have sent thee Naaman my
servant, that thou mayest heal him of his leprosy.
And when the King of Israel had read the letter, he rent his clothes, and
said, Am I God, to kill and to give life, that he doth send to me, that I
should heal a man from his leprosy? Wherefore consider, I pray you, and
see how he seeketh a quarrel against me.
But when Elisha the man of God had heard that the King of Israel had
rent his clothes, he sent unto the King, saying, Wherefore hast thou rent
thy clothes? Let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a
Prophet in Israel.
Then Naaman came with his horses, and with his chariots, and stood at
the door of the house of Elisha.
And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash thee in
Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou
shalt be cleansed.
But Naaman was wroth and went away, and said, Behold, I thought with
myself, He will surely come out, and stand, and call on the Name of the
Lord his God and put his hand on the place, and heal the leprosy.
Are not Abanah and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the
waters of Israel? May I not wash me in them, and be cleansed? So he
turned, and departed in displeasure.
But his servants came, and spake unto him, and said, Father, if the
Prophet had commanded thee a great thing, wouldest thou not have done
it? How much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash and be clean?
Then went he down, and washed himself seven times in Jordan, according
to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again, like unto ye
flesh of a little child, and he was clean.
And he turned again to the man of God, he, and all his company, and
came and stood before him, and said, Behold, now I know that there is no
God in all the world, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a
reward of thy servant.
But he said, As the Lord liveth (before whom I stand)
I will not receive it.
And he would have constrained him to receive it,
but he refused.
Moreover Naaman said, Shall there not be given to thy servant two
mules’ load of this earth? For thy servant will henceforth offer neither
burnt sacrifice nor offering unto any other god, save unto the Lord.
Herein the Lord be merciful unto thy servant, that when my master goeth
into the house of Rimmon, to worship there, and leaneth on mine hand,
and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon: when I do bow down, I say, in
the house of Rimmon, the Lord be merciful unto thy servant in this point.
Unto whom he said, Go in peace. So he departed from him about half a
days journey of ground.
And Gehazi the servant of Elisha the man of God said, Behold, my master
hath spared this Aramite Naaman, receiving not those things at his hand
that he brought: as the Lord liveth, I will run after him, and take
somewhat of him.
So Gehazi followed speedily after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him
running after him, he lighted down from the chariot to meet him, and
said, Is all well?
And he answered, All is well: my master hath set me, saying, Behold,
there be come to me, even now from mount Ephraim two young men of
the children of the Prophets: give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver,
and two changes of garments.
And Naaman said, Yea, take two talents: and he compelled him, and
bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments,
and gave them unto two of his servants, that they might bear them
before him.
And when he came to the tower, he took them out of their hands, and laid
them in the house, and sent away the men: and they departed.

Whence comest thou, Gehazi? And he said, Thy servant went no whither.

menservants, and maidservants?The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall

Psychics charge a fee for their "readings". By asking for an "offering" for personal prophecy tapes, are you any better than psychics?
This is a question sometimes brought up by other Christians who do not understand the prophetic movement. The Lord reminded me that the gospel was not free that it cost the life of Jesus. Jesus paid an ultimate price for our sin and debt. Strange as it seems, people do not put value into things they receive freely. Our salvation is not free, it will cost you everything you are. We exchange this life on earth for life in Heaven.

If there is no truth in this ministry and if the Lord's hand is not in this ministry then why would anyone request a prophecy tape from it? We have thousands of people who the Lord will have them to write in and request a personal prophetic word for themselves and or others they know. When the Holy Spirit leads you to do something, who can come against the presence of the Holy Spirit and say, "My theology does not line up with that!" There must be a stirring of the spirit within that indicates the Lord's work in this ministry. We have hundreds of testimonies that pour into this ministry weekly of the word of the Lord changing that persons life forever. Giving offerings and tithes are acts of faith. Faith is one the spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit. By blessing this ministry with an offering, you are blessing the Lord and His work.


If you go to the local Christian bookstore to purchase a bible. You will probably pay up to $60.00 dollars for a leather back Bible. This is selling God's holy Word that is freely given to all. If you ask them to please just give you one of those bibles. They would say, "absolutely not." We simply ask only out of the love that you have from the Father to bless this ministry. Can you really put a price or a minimum on hearing God's awesome prophetic word that WILL change your life forever! Is He not worth given whatever we have to just hear Him speak to us?

QUESTIONS??

I once had someone ask me, " Why would you ask for money to give a prophetic word?"


ANSWER:

Very simple, ALL through the Old Testament, if you went to a prophet, you always carried a gift or an offering. Not because you were trying to "buy" a word or that the prophet was trying to "sell" the word. It was simply out of respect. To honor the "gift" (prophet) that God had given. Remember, it is all about God, not the person. But God did say, " for the worker deserves his wages." Luke 10:07.

The Bible also says, "Give and it shall be given back to you."



"Does that make a prophet any better than everyone else?"



ANSWER: Not at all! We are all servants unto the Lord no matter what position or title we have. But the Bible does say to "believe Gods prophets so shall you prosper" and "touch not my annointed ones, do my prophets no harm."


Personal Prophecy
Giving an Offering for a Word
Though a prophet may receive a monetary blessing when giving a person a word from God, he is not to be mistaken for a hireling. A prophet who is a hireling will give a false prophecy at the request of a supporter for monetary gain.Do not be mistaken, a "hireling" is not a true prophet who gives a true word and may receive a "small monetary blessing." NO, it is someone who accepts the monetary gain but gives a false word.
In contrast to these false prophets, there are men of God who desire to only speak God’s words and to reveal God’s plans for the people. These men receive their spiritual blessing from God and their financial blessing from God’ people.
*I am amazed at how people misunderstand the scriptures concerning this. We give money to churches, to missionaries, but of course not to "true prophets."
In the Old Testament we find that the Lord commanded Samuel, a prophet of God, to prophesy over a young man who would be coming his way around lunchtime. The Lord indicated that this young man's name was Saul and he would be looking for his father's lost donkeys.
As Saul and his servant wandered around looking for the lost donkeys, the servant spoke up and said, "Look now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honorable man; all that he says surely comes to pass. So let us go there; perhaps he can show us the way that we should go." I Samuel 9:6
As it was in the Old Testament it is today; it is not evil to seek a prophet for spiritual guidance or direction from God.
Then Saul said to his servant, "But look, if we go, WHAT SHALL WE BRING THE MAN? For the bread in our vessels is all gone, and there is not a present to bring to the man of God. What do we have?" I Samuel 9:7 Is this not a scripture that would cause your eyes to be opened?

Then Saul's servant said, "Look, I have here at hand one fourth of a shekel of silver. I will give that to the man of God, to tell us our way." I Samuel 9:8

28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, whereof the
holy Ghost hath made you Overseers, to feed the Church of God, which
he hath purchased with that his own blood.

29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in
among you, not sparing the flock.

30 Moreover of your own selves shall men arise
speaking perverse things, to draw disciples after them.

31 Therefore watch, and remember that by the space of three years I
ceased not to warn every one, both night and day with tears.
32 And now brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his
grace, which is able to build further, and to give you an inheritance,
among all them, which are sanctified.

33 I have coveted no man’s silver, nor gold, nor apparel.
34 Yea, ye know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities,
and to them that were with me.
35 I have shewed you all things, how that so laboring, ye ought to
support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how that
He said,
It is a blessed thing to give, rather than to receive.

Lamentations 4

The Kings of the earth, and all the inhabitants of the world would not have
believed
that the adversary and the enemy should have entered into the
gates of Jerusalem:

For the sins of her Prophets, and the iniquities of her Priests, that have
shed the blood of the just in the midst of her.

They have wandered as blind men in the streets, and they were polluted
with blood, so that they would not touch their garments.

But they cried unto them, Depart, ye polluted, depart, depart, touch not:
therefore they fled away, and wandered: they have said among the
heathen, They shall no more dwell there.

IMO, the Holy Spirit does not charge us when He speaks to our hearts. Our money means nothing to God. All was paid in/with the precious blood of Jesus....and this is not the Old Testiment.

My advise, Jesus, our High Priest, made it possible for us to enter the presence of God for ourselves. Go to Him.

Hebrews 4:16
So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.


Hebrews 10:19-22
19Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.

Cursed be, and woe to ANY man that sets a price on the things of God.....
This is the way of Baalam,... "those who suppose that 'godliness' is a 'means of gain',... from such withdraw yourself." (1 Tim 6).
