I went to Kmart yesterday to buy some school supplies. You know how there are magazines right before checkout? Well, one tabloid named the 'Sun' caught my eye, because it said in big bold letters:
"THE NEW NOSTRADAMUS PREDICTS...WORLD WAR 3!"
& it depicts a man holding a Holy Bible. I bought it, and immediately started reading. I am going to post here the article.

'The reclusive visionary whose unnerving accuracy earned him the title "the New Nostradamus" has experienced a startling new set of revelations-glimpses of a future teetering on the brink of a world-destroying war.
Sources within the US Department of State and The Pentagon conifrm that on July 27, Jeremiah Locke left his remote Minnesota farmhouse and traveled to Washington, DC, where he was immediately granted a classified meeting with top-ranking government officials.
"As always, with these visions, I felt it was my responsibility to warn those in power first, so they can help the country prepare," Locke revealed in a recent interview
"I do not believe that God grants me this gift only to keep it absolutely secret. These warnings are meant for the world-because every human life is precious to God.
"I am just the messenger"
Throughout his life, Locke has experienced unusual seizures, similar to epileptic fits, that doctors have been unable to diagnose or treat.
They are accompanied by splitting headaches and blackouts, during which he is overwhelmed by a hail of images. Once the seizure passes, he painstackingly picks apart these impressions, which reveal the course of future events.
It was Locke's success in predicting the 9/11 terror attacks and subsequent military operations in Afghanistan and Iraw that brought him to the attention of Homeland Security.
Once investigators determined that his gift was genuine, Locke was granted special access to the top levels of government.
"I can't pretend to understand the way Locke's gift works, but history has shown that it does,", says one highly placed Pentagon official.
"That talent makes him America's greatest weapon in the war on terror."
Locke's most recent visions, however, show that war rapidly growing into a global conflict.
"The recent wave of suicide bombings in London, Iraw and Egypt are actually the opening shots of World War III," he says.
"Unless our nation and civilized people around the world are able to change our current path, we will be looking Armageddon in the face.
"I sincerely hope our leaders allow the Lord's wisdom into their hearts before it's too late."
Locke's new visions begin with a coordinated terror attack on three major cities--an attack with roots in Saudi Arabia.
THREE CITIES IN FLAMES
The first visions reveals a horrifying scene of smoke and carnage, repeating itself in three major cities--at least two of which are in the United States.
In each case, a group of dark-skinned men with bleached blond hair succeed in smuggling a set of briefcase-size packages into a shipping hub--either a port or a freight train depot.
These contain components that are assembled into what Locke beleives is a radioactive "dirty" bomb, which consists of conventional explosives laced with toxic radioactive material.
The first bomb goes off in a bustling market district covered in distinctive Chinese signs--either a Chinese city or one of America's Chinatowns.
The second explosion paralyzes a northern city built along a mountain river the runs into the Pacific. The blast site includes a salmon packing plant.
Locke is not sure which city this could be, but beleives it could be Portland, Oregon, or Seattle, Washington.
The third explosion strikes a military base in a desert city near the Mexican border. The bomb is smuggled onto the base in a truck loaded with cans of green beans.
Locke beleives this final target is Fort Bliss, located in the desert outside El Paso, Texas.
Within days of the attacks, international operatives nab the man who coordinated them-- a Saudi Arabian mastermind with close ties to Osama bin Laden, the Saudi royal family and an American oil conglomerate.
THE DECEMBER OFFENSIVE
The triple attack triggers an immediate response from a new, US-led coalition, according to Locke's next vision.
Soldiers from many nations, including Australia, China, Germany and France-begin a bombing campaign targeting bases in Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Africa and Chechnya, once part of the former Soviet Union.
The campaign is launched on the second week of December, and within weeks, thousands are left dead.
Unfortunately, despite the mayhem, many of the terrorists escape unharmed and ready to recruit from the shell-shocked survivors.
Then, Locke says, is the beginning of World War III.
Millions of civilians are targeted, regardless of where they live or who they feel allegiance to. And soon, the terrorist army makes a strategic alliance with several government leaders-inlcuding one with access to nuclear missiles.
THE ENEMY EXPOSED
In his third vision, Locke saw the leaders of the terrorist alliance exposed to the world, dragged from hiding in front of news cameras.
The arrest, a joint operation invloving Australian and American fighting men, neutralizes Al Qaeda and its spin-off cells.
But, warns Locke, this does not necessarily mean the end of the world.
"This event signals a turning point in time--a moment of decision that will alter the fate of the world," he explains.
If our leaders have acted with restraint and compassion, then this will mark the beginning of an era of peace
"However, this depends on God's grace and the careful forethought of our leaders.
"Without that blessing, there will come a time of great fire, when a national leader plunges the world into chaos by burning all the great cities. His weapon will consist of submarine-mounted missiles, and his targets will be every major city in the world--Washington, New York, Toronto, Tokyo, Berlin...
"In this vision, I saw the world destroyed by nuclear fire. I do not think I will ever be the same again.'

Then to the side are tips on "How to survive the worst"
It portrays a lady praying with a rosary in her hand, and says "Faith in God's plan is the greatest weapon against terror"

The first tip says to "pray daily. Faith in god's plan and obedience to His commandments can spread good will--the greatest weapon against terror"
Then follows the practical stuff, like stocking up on food & water, travel, ect.

Personally, this article jittered me, and not in a good way. I get the impression that this man is false. Some of the things he "saw" totally contradict to what God told other TRUE prophets like Thomas Gibson or Dimitru Duduman. For one, he said the attacks came from Saudi Arabia, when the other 2 say that they will come from China and Russia.

And to think, this article is in a very public place! I thought I'd post it up so we can muse over it. I want to know what you guys think.

Nostradamus is a very FALSE prophet!!! If you do a little background check into him you'll see that the way he "saw" these visions was by having this little bowl of water sometimes with a tier of fire, and claims that an angelic spirit showed him these evenths in these things.
Nostradamus said he was able to predict the future through a combination of astrological study and divine inspiration. He had long studied the supposed relationship between the movement of heavenly bodies and earthly events, and he claimed an angelic spirit helped him understand how these forces would manifest themselves. He sought out inspiration through various forms of meditation, generally focusing in on fire or water, possibly while under the influence of mild hallucinogens, such as nutmeg. Meditating late at night, Nostradamus claimed, he would see and understand events in the near and distant future.

He also had said that his prophecies would go until the year 3000, and something. Also he was an astrologist, and in the bible both of these things (looking to the stars and witchcraft which is what i would call looking into a bowl of water and meditating under hallucinogens of to see the future, are both shunned greatly in the bible to say the least) here's the site where I took that paragraph from http://people.howstuffworks.com/nostradamus.htm I would suggest finding the answer for yourself, but I think you already know of his falseness. I'm glad you realized this right away! You're growing in Christ. Stephanie.

Well actually, your right, I did already know that Nostradamus was evil! I read somewhere that he even used blood from animals to get the visions he got.

I think its odd, the way this guy gets his visions, seizures. Correct me if I'm wrong, but i doubt the Lord would have a person experience seizures whenever He gives him/her visions.

Your right. Its starting to get easier for me to discern between whats Godly and whats Satanic.

Yeah, anyone they compare to Nostradamus I wouldn't take to be true. Also the paper you're talking about likes to make stuff up a lot, like most tabloids do today. Yeah I think I'd agree with the seizure thing, it just reminds me of in the bible how Jesus would heal and cast the demons out of people who were crazy or epileptic and things like that. The gift of discernment is a wonderful thing. Yours in Christ, Stephanie.
