Hi All,
I have just discovered something about the cover of Ray's Prophecy Books which open my eyes to something I just never gave a thought to.
It is the words on the front cover which says "Jehovah God." Now I instantly recognize that this is one of the Names of God.
But, I have placed a copy of Raymond's Prophecies in our local library, as a three volume set. It has been there for awhile, but as my wife was helping out at the library this week, the Prophecy books were laid out on a table by the door, and she watched, and heard, several people come in, look at the prophecy books, they saw the name "Jehovah" on the front cover, then throw them back down, saying "Oh, Jehovah Witnesses" I don't want anything to do with them. And walk away from them.
My wife tried to tell them that it was not "Jehovah's Witnesses" but they all doubted her.
What we are doing now, is to cover over the name "Jehovah" with a blank sticker, just leaving the next word God, and we will see how that makes a difference.
I just pass this on for your consideration. For in all these years we never ever had any thought that there could be any confusion.
Perhaps on any copies you may print and pass out, perhaps the word "Jehovah" might be changed to "Almighty" making it say "Almighty God"
This is only a suggestion.
