Hi all,
I wonder if someone could help me understand this new church that is supposed to really be a satanic church. I am seeing more and more (from my observations of seeing own church and pastor) churches taking God out of them and putting themselves first. The Holy Spirit is telling me that my church is dying. I'm not just saying physically dying but spiritually dying. I can see this and I am so saddened. My church used to be so spirit-filled. I get to the point that I just don't want to go. Its really a social gathering nowadays. People are just "going with the flow" in how things are run. I've been praying for a while that God will help me find a new church. I'm still waiting for God to let me know what to do. I feel so disconnected. I feel like there isn't a single person out there (here where I live) that feels the same way, except for God, of course. I need some sort of insight on what to do.

the only church i've found is in my home and a few others were we talk about the things of god,i've noticed even ones we love don't see were the church has been going and is continuing to go at break neck speed.thinking there bringing people to the lord but only bringing people to mans ways,under the guise of doing it for god,there is people out there that see as we see ,but not many

Dear ladybug2,

Continue drawing near to the Lord and do what He tells you to do by the Holy Spirit.

He will lead you to a new church, or to a home church, or ask you to come away alone and just be with Him, or whatever else He may desire as He wishes.

He knows the place that He has for you. If you listen and obey, you will be alright.

I would suggest that you start with what Jesus said to Peter:

Matt 16:23 Jesus turned and said to Peter, "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men."

The new church will become like Satan when it does not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men. When churches use methods and have objectives that look good in the eyes of the world, and not God, and they pursue them, they have become like Satan.

Look carefully at what Jesus said, and the WAY he did things.
