I just wanted to say that I had a dream and in the dream, God's Holy Spirit was talking to me. It was a very strong dream. I don't know if you guys remember but I was asking if R'B music was bad before. I don't think I was asking that in the dream because I can't really remember but I do remember that the Holy Spirit asked me alot of questions that made me think and come to a conclusion. He asked things about rap music and it was like some things were said and other things I just knew he was talking about. The questions had to do with how foul and negative rap music was and some other music. Then the questions went like, "If radio stations play this type of music, doesn't that mean it supports this type of lifestyle." Then I guess the cards fell in my lap being that if I listen to these radio stations then am I supporting these type of lifestyles.

So, my quesition was: Can the Holy Spirit speak to us through dreams or was it just my imagination:?:


Also, in the dream, I was sitting in a church pew and someone was nudging me who was sitting next to me. This had to do with even the smallest things are made up by the enemy to take our minds off God and His word. This was amazing to me because who would think simply nudging was a tactic of the enemy but I felt like that was what the Holy Spirit was revealing to me in that dream.

Joel 2:28-29 "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions; And, also, upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my Spirit."

The answer is YES!

I thought so but that scripture in Joel used to confuse me because when he said old men shall dream dreams and I thought , "I am a woman so it can't mean me."

Now I understand it to mean all of his people because in the New testament it says, "There is neither Gentile nor Jew." Meaning no seperation between us, yet we still should follow his order meaning wives should submitt to her husband. I hope you all can understand what I'm trying to say.
