Yes, They will have the sign, The sign of speaking in Tongues. The Bible is clear on this, showing that this is the Only sign which is given when baptized in the Holy Spirit, and this sign followed everyone who ever was baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Many who receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit will speak only a few sounds at first, then the Demons will start telling you that what you spoke was NOT the Speaking in Tongues, But when has the demons ever told you that you were not speaking in tongues before you were? That is another sign that you have received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
When one first accepts Jesus Christ, one is filled with the Holy Spirit, but this is Not the Baptism in the Holy Spirit which is over and above this infilling. Note that the Apostles had received the infilling of the Holy Spirit in John 20:21-22
"Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you; as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them and saith unto them Receive ye the Holy Spirit."
But it was not until later on the day of Pentecost that they received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit which is "The Gift of the Father". After the Apostles had received the infilling of the Holy Spirit, as shown in John 20:21, Jesus told them in Acts 1:4-5, to wait until they would receive the additional Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
"And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard from me. For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days from now. And what was the first thing that happened when the fire of the Holy Spirit fell upon them at Pentecost ? They all spoke in other tongues.
Those who tell you that the speaking in Tongues has either ended now or else is Satanic, are the ones who
do not have the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and
do not know how to get it, so since they do not have it they tell everyone else that they cannot have it either.
